HYBRID
A hybrid building combines two central functions: residential and public. It includes two sections dedicated to residences. One section features small housing units with a patio, while the other is designed as a multi-story building with brutalist touches, housing families. Additionally, the building comprises two other sections that combine trade and cultural centers. These functions and their integration into a single entity create a composition that expresses the union of these two elements.
The process of concept creation through sketches involves searching for a form that fulfills the functions.

Location and plans
Location
The project is located between Rothschild Street and Yehuda Halevi Street, serving as a central artery and passage between the two streets. Since there is no official and clear transition between them, I believe it would be appropriate to place the project on Bezalel Yaffe Street.
Ground level plan
The ground floor level includes a lobby for the building's residents in the eastern area, along with workspaces that can serve both the public and the residents. There is also a commercial space, a gym, and a private garden for the residents.
This level serves two functions: a cultural center for various performances and small housing units for families or couples.
