A new sports center in Tel Aviv's Montefiore neighborhood near Gesher Yehudit offers various sports activities. It is housed in a building that originally belonged to the Israeli Essex Association and has been renovated.

A hybrid building integrates residential and public functions, featuring small housing units with patios and a high-rise building with brutalist elements for families. Additionally, it includes commercial and cultural centers, forming a cohesive composition that blends these diverse elements.
